If you would simply like to return goods, you can do so within 7 days of receiving them. Costs to be couriered or posted back to us, will be for your own account. The goods will only be accepted in the original packaging. Once we have received the goods, we will issue you with an online voucher.

Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy

Contact us immediately if you have either not received your order or the order has been damaged. We will do our best to rectify the situation accordingly. Our packing team has a high standard of quality control. If any goods have been damaged in transit, we will happily replace them. Kindly send us email with a photo of the damaged goods attached.
